ONE-on-ONE
One-on-One training is our favourite and most popular training
option at Pilates Roma. It can be set up with one-hour or 1/2-hour sessions.
Here at Pilates Roma, not only do we we provide Professional
Personal Training for Pilates, but we also have and
provide very talented specialized athetic trainers who
will guide you through your pilates program, and if required, will also combine
it with your exercise program to attain it's maximal potential.
At Pilates-Roma we are accustomed to meeting the services of VIP Personal
Training. In accordance with the specific requests of the customer, if service
security expects the trainer to accompany the client within the presence of one
or more body guards, a small increase in fee will be acquired, with the
agreement of the safety proceedure.
Sessions are organsied with the easiest 'of fashion', either at your local gym
or privately 'on-call' at location; home, hotel, park or work, we make sure
that all the required facilities are provide to meet the requirements for the
session.
Alternative PARTNER TRAINING, a 'workout partner' can enable
you to push yourself further than you might on your own and training together
is just plain old-fashioned fun. Each client receives customized pilates
personalised training and a personal fitness plan, (if required) including
nutrition advice and cardiovascular workouts. Training with a friend is a great
way to stay motivated and to balance personal training into your budget.
One-hour or 45-minute sessions are offered for partner training.
